Built to solve a problem no one else would

Kenton Phillips spent over 20 years working with enterprises on operations, technology, and systems optimization — and watching every one of them hit the same wall: planning systems that stop at organizational boundaries. He documented the structural failure in Success Impaired, identifying five principles that conventional supply chain planning systems regularly violate — and that any effective cross-enterprise coordination system must satisfy.

Then he built one — assembling the architecture, the development team, and the AI-augmented engineering workflow to bring it to production.

The deployed platform — cross-enterprise visibility, traceability, and privacy-preserving coordination — is Phase I of a larger architecture. The same graph structure and peer network are designed to support cross-enterprise optimization, secure multi-party computation, and machine-level digital twin integration as the platform matures. The foundation was built first because everything else depends on it.

Quantum Integrated Solutions exists to close the cross-enterprise coordination gap — not with another integration layer or shared ledger, but with a fundamentally different architecture that treats organizational sovereignty and data provenance as design principles, not obstacles.

Production Ready

Built on production infrastructure with autonomous entity peers — each with its own database and authentication boundary. Deployed and operational today.

No Peer Limit

Architecture scales to tens of thousands of entities without replication overhead. No consensus protocol, no shared ledger, no practical ceiling.

Patent Pending

Two provisional patents filed covering core architecture and enterprise system adapter innovations
